
Before reading any further in this topic, remember that your default FTP account — the FTP account that connects you directly to your Web site files directory — always uses your master account password.

For security reasons, we only store passwords in an encrypted form, so we can't tell you the password. However, you can use the master account password to reset the password for an additional FTP account. To do this:
