What is an e-mail "forwarding address"?

An e-mail forwarding address simply sends mail to another address. The other address can be a mailbox on our servers or a mailbox on another server.

For example, if your domain name is example.com, you could set up an extra e-mail address named sales@example.com that forwards mail to both robert@example.com and example@aol.com.

To create a forwarding address:

  1. Login to the “My Account” control panel (having trouble?)
  2. Click E-Mail Options
  3. Click Add Forwarding Address
