When a subscriber chooses to receive plain text daily “digests” of list messages, Mailman sends the digest messages without any original attachments (in Mailman lingo, it “scrubs” the messages of attachments).

However, Mailman also includes links to the original attachments that the recipient can click on. These attachments are stored on our servers for 90 days: after that, the original digest attachment links won’t work.

The attachments will still be available in your list archives, though (assuming you’ve configured your list to keep archives).
