Passwords used to manage your WordPress dashboard are completely separate from other passwords you have with Tiger Technologies.

If you’ve lost your WordPress password, go to the WordPress login screen (which is usually your site URL address plus “/wp-admin/”, like https://www.example.com/wp-admin/) and click Lost your password?. WordPress will send you a new password.

If you’ve changed your email address (preventing you from receiving the message WordPress sends), you’ll need to use one of the more advanced password resetting techniques described on this WordPress password page.

If you’re unable to do that, please contact us for assistance.

Why does the WordPress “Lost your password” page say “404 not found” when I use the WooCommerce plugin?

If you use the WooCommerce plugin on your site, it can make the “Lost Your Password” URL address become invalid due to a bug.

To work around this, you can directly visit the correct URL address. Enter your domain name in the box at the top of this page to see the correct address.
