Why should I provide an SMS text message capable phone number?
Our order form recommends that customers provide us with an SMS-capable phone number (a phone number that can receive text messages) for one or both of the “owner” or “administrator” contacts.
This allows you to easily request a new password in a text message if you forget it, even if you change your email address (which is common).
Can I provide both a landline phone number and an SMS-capable mobile number?
Our main order form only has space for one phone number, but after you sign up, you can use our “My Account” control panel to edit your contact information and add a second, additional phone number (marked as a “Fax/Other” phone number on the editing page) if you wish.
