Customers sometimes ask why their iPhone or iPad says “No Mail” when they’re sure there is old mail in the mailbox.

This can be caused by accidentally clicking the filtering icon, shown in the screenshot below:

If your screen says “filtered by” at the bottom like this, tapping the blue icon to turn off filtering may fix it.
