How can I view copies of the signup messages you sent?

You can use the account management control panel to view copies of any signup or billing messages we've sent.

To view these messages:

  1. Login to the “My Account” control panel (having trouble?)
  2. Click Billing and Contact Information
  3. Click Archived Mail

You'll see copies of any automated messages we've sent; these include the original signup message containing instructions explaining how to setup your email service and publish your files, and any billing notices.

(Keep in mind that the Archived Mail pages only show automated messages our account management system has sent you: they don't show any replies our staff have sent if you've written to us at support@tigertech.net).
