How can I keep informed about what's happening at Tiger Technologies?

If you’re a customer of ours, you probably want to keep informed about what’s happening.

The first thing to do is bookmark our system status page. That page is hosted by a third-party company, so it will work even if you have trouble reaching our servers. You’ll find notices of scheduled maintenance and any technical problems we’re aware of.

You can also read the Tiger Technologies blog, which covers everything from software updates on our servers to useful tips from our support staff.

Our Twitter account is @TigerTech, which we also use to post announcements. (But please don’t use it to get support, because it’s difficult to help with most problems in 280 characters. Use our contact page for that.)
