What about trademark infringement?
Allegations of trademark infringement that do not involve any copyright violation are not related to the DMCA.
If you have a trademark complaint, you should direct any cease-and-desist letters (etc.) to the registrant of the site, as listed in the WHOIS records. (If the registrant uses our WHOIS privacy service, we can assist you with obtaining direct contact information for the registrant if you contact us.)
