How do I update my credit card?

You can update the credit card we have on file for your hosting account at any time.

  1. Login to the “My Account” control panel (having trouble?)
  2. Click Billing and Contact Information (this step is not necessary if you don't have hosting service with us)
  3. Click Update Credit Card

The card number you enter will be used for future recurring charges, as well as any currently outstanding balance.

What if I prefer to provide my credit card information by phone?

You can update your credit card information by phone during our normal business hours. See our contact page for the phone number and hours.

What types of credit card do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Can I use a debit card?

Yes, we also accept any debit card bearing a Visa or MasterCard logo. You can provide it to us by following the same instructions as for a credit card.

How do I know what credit card Tiger Technologies has on file?

The last four digits of the current card number, if any, are shown on the Billing and Contact Information page of our control panel.

How can I remove the card that’s on file?

You can remove a credit card on file at any time:

How secure is my credit card information?

We take extensive steps to ensure that your credit card information is completely safe.

Any Web page that allows you to enter your credit card number is protected by SSL security encryption. Just as importantly, your full credit card number is never stored on any system in plaintext form under any circumstances. Instead, our credit card company tokenizes the number so that what we store in our records is useless to hackers, even if they gained access to all our data.
