Support Start > Email > Setting Up An Email Program > Apple Mail > Address Disappearing from Apple Mail

If you set up an account in the Apple Mail program , but it later disappears, you may have accidentally unchecked the Enable this account checkbox.

To fix this:

• Click the Mail menu and choose Preferences
• Look at the address in the Accounts section
• Make sure Enable this account is checked.
