It isn't directly possible to change the domain name attached to an existing Web hosting account, because of the way domain names work at the central registry.
However, you can switch your Web hosting to a new domain name by simply signing up for the new domain name and canceling the old one. Because we charge no Web hosting cancellation or signup fees, it doesn't cost you anything to switch. (The only drawback is that you will have to re-publish your Web site files to the new site, and recreate any custom mail addresses, etc. in the account management control panel.)
You should create the new domain name account first, because that allows you to sign up as an existing customer with the same password, which is very quick — it fills in almost all of the signup form for you.
Just go to our home page at http://www.tigertech.net/, type the new domain name in the box there, and follow the instructions to sign up.
Then, to cancel the old domain name:
You'll be given the choice of what to do with your existing domain name. You can choose to abandon it entirely if you don't want it to keep working.
Another option is to set it up as a domain alias for the new domain name (by paying an extra domain name fee), which keeps both the e-mail and the Web site working at the old address. This is a good way to transition from one domain name to another without worrying that people won't be able to find you.
